My interests
Hi! My name is John Walton. I’ve always been enthusiastic about science research. I’ve been an academic at Sheffield and Dundee Universities and recently at St. Andrews University where I’m now Professor Emeritus. I’m recognized as a world expert on free radicals and on chemical timing methods. I’ve written hundreds of specialized science papers as well as the textbooks Free Radical Chemistry and Radicals. I take a lively interest in everything relating to science and faith and have written many magazine articles and given talks on this theme in the UK and overseas. I live with my bonny wife in picturesque St. Andrews beside the grey-green sea.
